Les pays des Balkans toujours impatients de rejoindre l’Union europ\u00e9enne. Le prochain Conseil europ\u00e9en pourrait annoncer l’ouverture de n\u00e9gociations d’adh\u00e9sion pour la Mac\u00e9doine et l’Albanie mais certains pays dont la France y sont r\u00e9ticents. Le sommet UE-Balkans occidentaux \u00e0 Sofia, en Bulgarie, il y a deux semaines a \u00e9t\u00e9 jug\u00e9 d\u00e9cevant par de nombreux pays aspirant candidats. Dont l’Albanie. De passage \u00e0 Paris o\u00f9 il participe \u00e0 une conf\u00e9rence du think tank ECFR (Conseil europ\u00e9en des relations internationales) sur l’Europe, le Premier ministre albanais Edi Rama fait le bilan pour RFI.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
