Il a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 Repr\u00e9sentant de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale \u00e0 la Convention europ\u00e9enne des droits fondamentaux (2000) et \u00e0 la Convention constitutionnelle europ\u00e9enne, Pr\u00e9sident du Centre europ\u00e9en des entreprises \u00e0 participation publique (CEEP) \u00e0 Bruxelles.
