Directeur de FRIDE o\u00f9 il a \u00e9t\u00e9 charg\u00e9 de recherche et responsable du bureau bruxellois (2010-2012). Avant de rejoindre FRIDE, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 charg\u00e9 de recherche \u00e0 l\u2019Institut d’\u00c9tudes de S\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l’Union europ\u00e9enne <\/em>(EUISS), \u00e0 Paris (2005-2010). Auparavant, il a travaill\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019European Policy Centre \u00e0 Bruxelles en tant qu\u2019analyste politique (1998-2002) et directeur des \u00e9tudes associ\u00e9 (2002-2005). Il a co-dirig\u00e9 le rapport \u00ab Global governance 2025: at a critical juncture \u00bb (EUISS-US National Intelligence Council, 2010) et a r\u00e9cemment lanc\u00e9 le European Strategic Partnerships Observatory project. Il est dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 de la London School of Economics (LSE) et a obtenu un PhD de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Libre de Bruxelles.<\/p>\n
