Il a occup\u00e9 diff\u00e9rents postes au minist\u00e8re des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res entre 2000 et 2013, avant de rejoindre le minist\u00e8re de l\u2019\u00c9ducation au poste de Directeur du d\u00e9partement de coop\u00e9ration international de 2013 \u00e0 2015, chef de cabinet adjoint de 2015 \u00e0 2017 et chef de cabinet entre janvier et juin 2017.
