That will take ages and ages,\u201d Gargash said at a World Policy Conference in the town of Chantilly, north of Paris.<\/p>\n<p>The top official said that 89 per cent of the Iranian attacks targeted \u201ccivilians, civilian infrastructure, energy infrastructure\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTehran was telling the Arab Gulf countries that \u2018you don\u2019t matter in my calculations,\u2019 and I think this is going to last for a very long time,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTo the region \u2014 to the United Arab Emirates and other countries, Iran will be seen as a strategic threat,\u201d Gargash said.<\/p>\n<p>Israeli-US strikes on Iran in late February sparked regionwide conflict, with Tehran targeting US allies and bases in the Gulf.
