{"id":5645,"date":"2015-11-23T11:20:28","date_gmt":"2015-11-23T10:20:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.worldpolicyconference.com\/?p=5645"},"modified":"2015-12-09T11:21:59","modified_gmt":"2015-12-09T10:21:59","slug":"terror-outfits-becoming-terror-regimes-real-danger-iranian-official","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.worldpolicyconference.com\/fr\/terror-outfits-becoming-terror-regimes-real-danger-iranian-official\/","title":{"rendered":"Terror outfits becoming terror regimes, real danger: Iranian official"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><em>23.11.15<\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.worldpolicyconference.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/Syrian-Times.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Syrian Times\" src=\"http:\/\/www.worldpolicyconference.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/Syrian-Times-300x169.png\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<address><em>Iran\u2019s Deputy Foreign Minister for Arab and African Affairs Hossein Amir-Abdollahian<\/em><\/address>\n<p>A senior Iranian diplomat has described the potential establishment of \u201cterrorist regimes\u201d as the most dire threat facing the world today.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe acts of Daesh confirm that the great and main threat in today\u2019s world is the transformation of terrorist organizations into terrorist regimes,\u201d Iran\u2019s Deputy Foreign Minister for Arab and African Affairs Hossein Amir-Abdollahian said on Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>He made the remarks while addressing the annual meeting of the World Policy Conference (WPC) in the Swiss city of Montreux on Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is regrettable that over the past years, the national and democratic uprisings of the people of the region have been derailed by terrorists,\u201d he said, adding that due to certain regional governments\u2019 poor leadership and imprecise understanding of their respective countries\u2019 internal developments, \u201cweapons and terror and not ballot boxes are determining the fate of the nations.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Takfiri terrorism, which threatens world security and targets all governments, nations and religions, is \u201cthe product of the interventionist and irresponsible behavior of certain regional and extra-regional players in the Middle East and North Africa region,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>The Iranian official described Daesh as an \u201cartificial group,\u201d which has nothing to do with any divine religions.<\/p>\n<p>He added that certain countries, due to their \u201cstrategic miscalculations,\u201d have tried to use Daesh as an instrument to advance their objectives, but have instead imposed a hefty price on the international community.<\/p>\n<p>Amir-Abdollahian said that global unity is needed to root out terrorism.
