Imm\u00e9diatement apr\u00e8s l\u2019obtention de son dipl\u00f4me, il a rejoint le d\u00e9partement exploitation et gestion des r\u00e9servoirs de QP, o\u00f9 il a occup\u00e9 diff\u00e9rents postes. Il est ensuite devenu responsable du d\u00e9veloppement gazier et \u00e9tait en charge du d\u00e9veloppement et de la gestion du gisement gazier de North Field. En 2006, il a pris la t\u00eate de la direction du p\u00e9trole et du gaz de QP. En septembre 2014, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de QP.
