His Vice-President,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/racef.es\/es\/academicos\/numerario\/excmo-sr-dr-d-lorenzo-gascon\"><b>Lorenzo Gasc\u00f3n<\/b><\/a>\u00a0has participated in\u00a0a conference attended also by former Minister of Algeria and Correspondent Academician of the RACEF\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/racef.es\/es\/academicos\/correspondiente-extranjero\/excmo-sr-d-mohamed-laichoubi\"><b>Mohamed Laichouibi<\/b><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Organized by the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/racef.es\/www.ifri.org\"><b>Institut Fran\u00e7ais de Relations Internationales<\/b><\/a>, this edition was attended by personalities such as the Prime Minister of Qatar, Sheik Abdullah bin Naser bin Khalifa Al Thani; The Minister of Public Health of Qatar, Sheikh Mohamed bin Hamad Al Thani; The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of Spain Miguel \u00c1ngel Moratinos; or the President of the European Central Bank Jean-Claude Trichet, among other prominent international figures of politics or business.
