Ancien \u00e9tudiant de l\u2019universit\u00e9 de S\u00e9oul, il est \u00e9galement dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 de l\u2019Institut universitaire des hautes \u00e9tudes internationales de Gen\u00e8ve en Suisse.
