Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew I of Constantinople takes part in the 4th World Policy Conference in Vienna, Austria on 10 December 2011. The World Policy Conference (WPC) is the only large-scale international conference entirely devoted to the issue of global governance in all its aspects. The meeting in Vienna in December 2011 is the fourth edition of the event.
