Chief Executive Officer and Board Director of Qatar International Islamic Bank (QIIB) since 2000. He also worked at the Qatar Central Bank from 1987 to 1994; he was Head of Investment, Trading & Foreign Exchange Division (1990-1994) and he worked within the Banking Control Department (1987-1990). He is also Board Director of EZDAN Holding Group, Medicare Group, International Chamber of Commerce and the American University of Sharjah. He graduated from the University of North Carolina and from Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania, USA.
