Chairman of the Management Board of the Institute of Contemporary Development. Vice President of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP), he was President of the All-Russian Insurance Association, President of the Russian Association of Motor Insurers, and President of the National Union of Liability Insurers. He is a member of the Presidential Council for Civil Society Institutions and Human Rights, and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Russian International Affairs Council. He is also Honorary Consul General of Monaco in Moscow and Director of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) Centre for Sustainable Development and ESG Transformation. He graduated in economics from Moscow State University (MSU).
