Former Special Advisor to the Prime Minister of Senegal. President of the Institut Emergence, specializing in economic studies and strategic planning. He also serves as Director General of the Economic Prospective Bureau. He previously served as Deputy Chief of Staff to President Macky Sall and as an economic advisor to several Prime Ministers. An expert for the UN, the African Development Bank, the World Bank, and the African Union, he has also been an Associate Professor at the National School of Administration of Senegal and Gaston Berger University.
