Ambassador of Georgia to the Republic of Korea since February 2012. He has also been Minister-Counselor at the Embassy of Georgia in Japan (2008-2011), Ambassador-at-large at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia (2008), Deputy Head of the Legal Unit at Hagler Bailly Consulting (1997), and Deputy Head of the Legal Department of the Georgian International Oil Corporation (1996). He has studied in Georgia, Italy, and Japan, and holds a LLD from the Graduate School of Social Sciences, Yokohama National University.
