Deputy Head of the Banking Affairs Unit at the French Treasury. A graduate of École polytechnique (Applied Mathematics) and holder of a Master’s degree in Economic Policy Analysis from the Paris School of Economics, he joined the Corps des Mines in 2020. He previously worked at the European Commission (DG Competition) on merger control, as well as at Euronext and Morgan Stanley. His professional experience spans investment banking, financial markets, energy, and regulation.
