Member of the Paris and New York bars and the founder of Cohen-Tanugi Avocats, a boutique international corporate law firm. He was previously a partner of the Cleary Gottlieb and Skadden international firms, and VP and General Counsel of Sanofi. Laurent is also the author of a dozen books and a regular lecturer on democracy and the rule of law, European unification, transatlantic relations, and world affairs. He taught at Harvard and Stanford Law Schools.
