From 1978 to 1987 he worked for Nestlé SA in the fields of controlling, financial management and marketing in various markets in Europe and Africa. H.S.H. Prince Michael of Liechtenstein completed his studies at the Economic University of Vienna, with a Magister der Sozial- und Wirtschaftswissenschaften (M.A. in Business Administration). During his studies he took various practical training periods and worked with banks and manufacturing companies in Canada, the United States and Belgium.
