Current Ambassador of Poland to Morocco. Former Polish ambassador to France, then to Italy. He joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1990. He served as Chief of Protocol at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (2005-2007). He held the position of Deputy Director of the Division for the United Nations System and Global Issues at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (2004-2005). He was also Secretary General of the Polish National Commission for UNESCO (2001-2004). He graduated from the University of Łódź, the University Nicolas Copernic in Torun and the University of Poitiers. He is corresponding member of the Académie des Sciences morales et politiques.
