Head of Project, Institute of Strategic and Interregional Studies under the President of Uzbekistan. Since 2007, he has been a reasearcher and has been working on Project on Studies on Globalization and International Development Issues. He graduated in Business Administration and received a Master’s Degree in International Business and Management, both from the University of Westminster.
