He is also specially appointed Professor of Economics and Finance at Suwon University, committee member for the review of business reorganization for the Korean Ministry of Trade and Korean New Deal TF commissioner. He previously served as the Head of the Hyundai Research Institute. Dr. Ha received an undergraduate degree from Seoul National University, a graduate degree from Korea Advanced Institute of Science & Technology and a doctorate from The State University of New York.
